Nahmias Clothing is an independent online store based in the United States. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by NAHMIAS or Doni Nahmias. Brand names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.
Orders
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier.
Pre-orders
Items marked “Pre-Order” ship later than in-stock items, once they become available. If we can’t ship a pre-order when expected, we’ll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Products
We try to show colours and details accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. All items are subject to availability.

Limitation of liability
